Melissa Poler is an experienced business consultant who has worked with business owners across many industries over the past 20 years. From retail, restaurant, construction, real estate, to start ups, to transitioning or exiting businesses. Melissa has helped business owners clean their financials and improve their financial performance through operational improvement, staffing adjustments, and supply chain solutions, instituting best practices throughout the process for owner’s organizations.

As an experienced fractional CFO, Melissa has supported the financial operations of many businesses, reporting to owners and leadership. Melissa has resolved financial quandaries for many businesses when other outside professionals have not. Resulting in balanced financials and improving the accurate representation of those financials.

Melissa has also held fractional COO positions to help businesses streamline operations and define areas of improvement to maximize their operational performance. Melissa’s experience includes obtaining and managing ISO and AS quality standards for business owners, reviewing, and implementing best practices. Melissa has also obtained multimillion-dollar government contracts through Mil strip and GSA.
